Russian-American sculptor Alexander Liberman created Venture with Cor-Ten steel. Liberman is best known for pioneering the technique of assembling and welding pieces of junk steel into large-scale sculptures. This piece is displayed outside the Bank of America Tower. (The sliver of moon seen in the loops inspires me to return for more pictures at different phases of the moon.)
